Watch the full interview here:

Vincent’s organization focuses on providing mentorship to young males aged 10 to 24 who are navigating challenging transitions. With a strong emphasis on emotional literacy, academic success, and goal setting, Mentor Leaders Produce Mentor Leaders is making a significant impact on the lives of many young men in our community.

During the interview, Vincent shared how his organization goes beyond traditional mentorship programs. They work directly in schools, helping students develop academic success plans and teaching vital social skills. One unique aspect of their work is their focus on emotional literacy, helping young men understand and manage their emotions effectively.

Vincent’s dedication extends to parents as well, offering weekly workshops to help them build stronger relationships with their sons. These workshops cover a wide range of topics, from managing peer pressure to understanding the unique challenges faced by young men today.

One standout feature of Vincent’s program is its holistic, year-round approach, including a summer component focused on reading and professional skills. Vincent proudly shared that all the young men in his program are honor roll students, a testament to the effectiveness of his methods and the dedication of his team.
