Enhancement of Profile Information

We also obtain publicly available data from third parties to supplement our existing user database to better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you might be interested.  To enhance our customer profiles, we tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.

By submitting content to Uplifme for inclusion on the Website, you grant Uplifme a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your content. If you delete content, Uplifme will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Uplifme has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Uplifme’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Uplifme’s reasonable opinion, violates any Uplifme policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Uplifme’s sole discretion.  Uplifme will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

Your Right to Opt Out

Providing us with access to your information permits us to offer you distinct advantages and better service.  Using your information helps us tailor product offerings to you and eliminate those that may not interest you. Unless you tell us otherwise, any related Uplifme company may use your nonpublic personal information from records maintained by one of the other related Uplifme companies for marketing purposes.

However, if you do not want other related Uplifme companies to use your personal financial information for marketing purposes, you may simply let us know by opting out. If you opt out, we will not use your personal information to notify you of new products, services or enhancements, nor will it be available to other related Uplifme companies for marketing purposes.
