If you delete content, Uplifme will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the content may not be made immediately unavailable.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Uplifme has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Uplifme’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Uplifme’s reasonable opinion, violates any Uplifme policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Uplifme’s sole discretion. Your Right to Opt Out
Providing us with access to your information permits us to offer you distinct advantages and better service. Using your information helps us tailor product offerings to you and eliminate those that may not interest you. This helps us keep expenses low. Unless you tell us otherwise, any related Uplifme company may use your nonpublic personal information from records maintained by one of the other related Uplifme companies for marketing purposes.
