ABOUT THE UPLIFME RESOURCE HUB (URH)

The Uplifme Resource Hub (URH) is a 501(c)(3)/nonprofit initiative addressing homelessness through prevention-focused, whole-person support. URH partners with the Tenant Union Representative Network (TURN) to engage households at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

The URH provides comprehensive resource navigation, connecting households to employment, technology, transportation, food, health, and wellness necessities. Through a 12-month program combining individual case management, bi-monthly workshops, and digital resource access, URH empowers households to achieve long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.
