The Uplifme Resource Hub (URH) is a 501c3/nonprofit initiative addressing homelessness through prevention-focused, whole-person support. URH partners with the Tenant Union Representative Network (TURN) to serve households at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.

URH provides comprehensive resource navigation, connecting families to employment, technology, transportation, food, health, and wellness resources. Through a 12-month program combining individual case management, bi-monthly workshops, and digital resource access, URH empowers households to achieve long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.
